Subscription Rules

Monthly: Cancel any time; subscription remains active until period ends. Fees are non-refundable once the cycle starts.
Annual: Plans are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Setup & Services

Fees for setup, onboarding, or one-time professional services are non-refundable once the work has commenced, as resources are allocated immediately.

Eligible Exceptions

Full or partial refunds may be granted for duplicate payments, billing errors, or extended service unavailability caused solely by our internal systems.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of usage, or issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta, Google) or customer misconfiguration.

Email support@sitmaai.com with your business name, payment date, and reason for the request. We typically respond within standard business hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
