Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sitmaai website and services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Provider

Eligibility

You must be 18+ years of age and legally able to enter into a contract. If using the Service for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity.

The Service

Sitmaai provides AI-assisted automation and communication workflows (including WhatsApp/email handling and integrations). Features may be updated or modified over time based on your plan.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and ensure you have all necessary rights to process data through connected channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Google).

Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service for illegal acts, spamming, phishing, or distributing malware. Reverse engineering or reselling the Service without permission is strictly prohibited.

Fees & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in SAR and paid in advance. Overdue payments may lead to service suspension. Applicable taxes (including VAT) will be applied where required.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and materials are owned by Basar Foundation. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service during your active subscription.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” As AI outputs may contain errors, you are responsible for reviewing all results before relying on them for sensitive use cases.

Limitation of Liability

Sitmaai/Basar Foundation is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Jeddah.
